Our other members are a collaboration of Non-Profit Developers, who are companies that currently are developing or redeveloping real estate or have done so in the past and own, directly or through affiliated organizations, a substantial portfolio of buildings or land; Community Partners who are organizations that play a prominent role in the Greater Madison area economy in addition to having employees who have direct or indirect roles in real estate development or construction, but do not qualify as Principal Members or Non-Profit Developer Members, and finally our Associate Members who are any other organization that has employees who have direct or indirect roles in real estate development or construction.
